Hawkman and Cyclone are race-swapped

Like 1% woke.

The only potentially woke thing in this movie is mention of colonization and strip-mining Kahndaq. Other than that, the film is well done, some bad CGI moments, and some slight cringe moments, but mostly a great film that focuses on action and ass kicking.

Skip This Moive. Typical antiWhite narrative and generic cgi snoozefest that you will forget the next day.

Typical black/brown washing of characters. White character dies while saying something about white saviors is dated and now time for something black. At the beginning of the movie a kid says a bunch of antiWhite stuff for no reason except to be shoved in propaganda.

WHITE REPLACEMENT. "Black" Adam? also i think dwayne the rock johnson is ethnic (black) so its racist in that regard

What a rushed garbage just to blackwash and attack White people with.

You Colonialist Pigs!

So when I watch a film, I give it the 15 minute test. That is, if within the first 15 minutes, I hate it, I have found that 90% of the time, I will hate the whole movie. I don't waste my time so that's it.

Within the first 15 minutes, they show the backstory of this ancient country. Okay, then... some punk kid talking about "colonialism" and I just feel like he's using words that no teenager would realistically use. It was preachy and uncomfortable, and just felt jarring to hear some teenager behave like a mouthpiece for all this.

I actually enjoyed it...

Little weak, little inconsistent. Good premise, but fell short.
Would I watch again?, maybe next year if I'm bored.

Race Swapping Characters

Several race swapped white characters as per usual with comic book movies. A POC says "“…Neo-imperialist enforcer, from halfway around the world, sent here to steal my country’s natural resources, strip-mine our sacred lands, pollute our water, oppress our heritage…” to a white soldier. This is an ok comic film if that's what you like and you get exactly what you expect. Lots of CG effects, mostly good at least. Decent acting and a passable storyline that manages to tie in with the rest of the DC universe. This a rather dark story so don't expect a marvel film. As a side note the child actor is pretty bad and rather anoying.
