Overall, a typical Expendables movie. Still the same, yet different enough to keep your attention. Shuffling of old and new characters. The 2 female characters were obviously forced but don't come across as "strong independent woman" but no woke themes or elements.
Wokeizm cancer creeping over
Nice attempt to slide woke ideas under the disguise of bringing more women into the action. Wasn't as "in-your-face" woke as some of the recent Hollywood propaganda, but still was causing vomit reflex bunch of times. Meh. Wouldn't definitely watch it again and wouldn't recommend to watch it.
Worst One Yet
Not really woke other than the forced female characters. This is even worse than the 3rd one. The acting is mostly good with some exceptions. The real problem is there really isn't that much action and what is there is really cheap looking CG and obvious green screen. Fight choreography is also not good. Tony Jaa and Iko Uwais are completely wasted here. Once again we have an unproven director who made the horrible Need for Speed and Hidden Strike movies gets handed a 100 million dollar budget and a franchise movie and the results speak for themselves.
Worst One of all, tried to hide the Woke.
Worst of em all. Probably why Sly decided to step out on this one, I really enjoyed the last 3, but this one feels more like a cheesy knock off then an actual Expendables and the CG is just awful. The women in this feel like they where just added for the Woke Hollywood check mark, 80lb chicks throwing around 200lb+ dudes and spouting cringy gawd awful dialog.
Stay away from this one.
