Flow is the beginning of the rhythm. Movement within flow is continuous, measured, and can often feel, feel cold, cold to the plunge, to the touch, the body needs a warmup. Let the body move you, not you the body, what the fuck does that mean? It represents beginning, arriving and falling, the end of a journey. A path come to a stop.
