Wham, bam, thank you ma'am
There is little to no woke in here. A simple story of revenge in a mysterious mobster underworld. There are a few feminazi characters of high-keeled nymphettes beating up bulky men ten times their size, but I've come to accept those characters as a kind of fetishism.
May John Wick live to bash the heads in of all animal-killers.

Mostly clean!
There's a woman physically beating up a man twice her weight and no less trained than her.
But overall it's a really fantastic movie, one of my favorites!

“What do we say to the god of death? Not today.”
"John Wick" is a Hollywood-y story centered around Russian mafia in New York City. Nothing terribly woke.
Reek (played by Theon Greyjoy) messes with a puppy owned by Neo (played by Thomas A. Anderson). As usual, Reek is looking like a bewildered stray neutered cat, which might explain why he doesn't like dogs. Neo knows Kung-Fu and has three sequel movies, so you can guess how this is going to end up for Reek.
A woman mostly holds her own in hand-to-hand combat with a man. However, she was trying to kill him whereas he was trying not to kill her, which could explain why she seemed his equal in combat.
If you enjoy pew-pew-pew, you will enjoy "John Wick". If you don't enjoy pew-pew-pew, you still might enjoy it. “Guns. Lots of guns.”
