Lebs Qedk

Safia comes from a poor family but dreams of a better life. She marries Mohsen, an ambitious young man. She borrows an expensive gold necklace from a wealthy friend to show off at a wedding, but discovers afterward that the necklace is missing. The story develops around the consequences of her ambition, spending and desire to appear wealthy.
