Remedio

Remedio is Spanish for reparation, remedy. Remedio is also a woman's name. The film tells the story of an ambivalent love affair. An older woman washes her mother. The movements over the old woman's body become a journey of memory, the body is the map. Remedio touches her mother as she has never touched her before, and she tells her things she has never told her before. The old woman remains silent.
