Homeless in Paris after spending everything on a low-budget film, queer undocumented filmmaker Bynone tracks down a former partner to obtain consent for an explicit scene they once shot together. As they revisit the footage, old hierarchies, racialized power dynamics, and unresolved desire resurface – and the boundary between the film-within-the-film and the film itself dissolves.
