When college coach Herb Brooks is hired to helm the 1980 U.S. men's Olympic hockey team, he brings a unique and brash style to the ice. True story, no woke
Films about history these days tend to be rewritten into uncomfortable diversity checklists, but here’s a good-old sports flick about a hockey team willing gold at the Olympics back in the day. Skating is excellent (since they opted to cast actual hockey players and not train actors), and it makes you proud to be an American.
