Too much fantasy for a "based on a real person".
Watchable, but don't expect much reality on it, despite being the story of a real person. Also, this man said he was able to perform more than 70,000 exorcisms... that means he did an exorcism every 11 hours since his birth to his death.

The Premise is Woke
There might not be alot of black or gay representation. But the premise revolves around "secrets the church is keeping hidden." Part of wokeness is acting like the church is either molesting kids, hurting gay people, or is engaged in some sort of evil and/or superstitious activity. So by default, when a film pushes the idea of church conspiracy, it's woke.

Not bad
Some scenes were funny when they were supposed to be scary. Black bishop "good" while White cardinal "bad" is the extent of the woke I noticed.

Pha-Q woke
An Actually Decent Film
As other have already noted, the only woke is the DEI good black priest and the white bad priest. This is a very small amount of screen time and easily looked past. Good acting and generally good FX other than some weird cheap looking VFX at the finale. Not really scary but it is a well done entertaining film.
