He was trained to follow orders. He became a hero by defying them.

No woke, a tragic war flick
A hard-hearted dude drops into Nigeria during the civil war, and sees bad stuff happen that help him develop a sense of duty to the people in his protection. A historical flick with camaraderie, friendship, poignant moments, and lots of guns. There are no woke or annoying characters. No butt sex in the forest, no emasculating mary-sue feminazi soldiers, no messages of globalism or communism.
The ubiquitous miss sexy (AKA Monica Bellucci's character) is feisty, but not a feminazi, nor does she made disparaging misanthropic comments at the soldiers. She is normal and sympathetic.
There are no racist comments, either.
No woke.
