A surprise. with a bit of cringe, but overall a good movie
I'll admit, it was scary coming into this film as it looked like it would be a kind of a really politically correct, check the boxes in a relationship and woman power kind of movie, but it's just a fun RomCom, underdog succeeds kind of happy type of movie.
Admittedly, there's a few cringy scenes with Anna and William fighting and whatnot, so I did skip a few 30-second blocks. Doesn't matter, I fast-skip RomComs all the time.

Sweet, a bit too sweet
It's a tolerable romantic comedy, a bit too candy sweet. On the woke front, it has many warning signs, but stays close to reality.
We have race mixing, which is realistic, because we're talking about New York and Londistan. The lead female and her sister are Latina-ish. (The actresses are Brazilian and Dominican). The sister's fiance is Italian. (The actor is half English, half German). The lead woman's love interest is a suspiciously dark Englishman. (The actor is half English, half Indian). His mother is white.
The dark male coaches a youth football (soccer) team. It is a mix of boys and girls, which apparently really is a thing in England, and all races, which is also realistic for London.
Such diversity and emphasis on interracial couples could be woke. Alternatively, it could be realistic, because London has already been transformed by the agenda and New York has long been a city of immigrants.
The lead woman's catty black coworker makes a comment like, "As a fellow person-of-color...", trying to ingratiate herself to her. The lead woman's catty white coworker corrects her, saying their tan coworker is from Guatemala. The tan, lead female semi-corrects again, saying she is from Florida. Is this woke or making fun of woke?
Overall, I have to go with my gut and give this 1 woke point. The dark Englishman with the white billionaire mother seems agenda-ish.
