It was the inaugural Crown Jewel and took place on November 2, 2018, at the King Saud University Stadium in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The event featured the first-ever WWE World Cup, the crowning of a new Universal Champion, and the in-ring return of Shawn Michaels.
