Remittance Letter

Set in 1928, the story follows Chen Jiadong as he travels to Southeast Asia in search of a better life. Connected through qiaopi, letters and remittances linking overseas Chinese with their families, he experiences hardship, love, and unwavering devotion to his family and homeland.
