The First Time

First wet dreams, first period, acne, growth, body hair, genital development—all these changes occur in the body during puberty, driven by hormones, as we gradually grow up. Young people aged 16 to 26 discussed how they experienced these changes and their attitudes toward their bodies while playing a game of "spin the bottle."
