Great movie, no woke

Fantastic movie. One of the best I have ever seen and didn’t have to put up with anything woke. This is how film making should be. We want more of this!

Big U-Turn

What did I just watch? Spoiler warning. Watched the first 6 episodes and they were okay. At least it made me want to see the ending, but then somehow they change this murder mystery into a tragic gay love story. What the heck. That just didn’t fit at all. I know Hollywood is more concerned with influencing its viewership than entertainment these days, but it was like 2 different stories that don’t fit together at all. The acting was good, and the characters likable. The story even has promise until they slapped the viewer with the worst ending in TV history. Don’t let the first 1-6 episodes pull you in or you will be very disappointed. Give this a pass.

Lower budget, but good.

Great movie, no. But an enjoyable watch and no woke garbage. If you like Cage this is better than the ratings IMO.

Okay film. Minimal woke.

I enjoyed the film, but wouldn’t call it a must watch except minimal wokeness. Like the other reviewers there is over representation of certain groups, but at least it isn’t an in your face white hate type of thing and a white person was not denied a lead role. Film was enjoyable and fun, and would recommend a watch, but no a can’t miss type of film.

Good flick. Nothing woke that I can recall. Definitely worth a watch.

Super Woke, and not very good

Show is very very woke, and they forced it into the story line to the point it affected the writing, pacing, etc. Just a horrible excuse for a Star Trek series.

I can’t think of a single woke moment. Just a great film where I laughed and smiled the entire movie. Don’t miss this one.

Just fantastic

Wow. I happen to see this as a “just added” on Peacock one night and decided to give it a go. I had never heard of this movie so didn’t expect much, but I was fantastic. I’ve am so surprised this was not a hit when it came out. Good story, great casting, good casting. One of those films that you will remember years later. Don’t pass this one up.
