A little woke, but not as bad as you may think
I personally liked this movie. Woke was present but not rampant here, and Jonathan Majors absolutely CRUSHED his role. Give it a shot, you'd actually like it a lot.
The only woke elements that I've found here were-
Ant Man's daughter building the plot device that transports them into the quantum realm because we need more women in stem
In the ending scene, Ant Man is walking past a shop with a pride flag in the window. Never mentioned or explained, blink and you miss it.
Kang is race-swapped; as I said before in my review of The Batman, usually race-swapping is bad. Not with Majors! I loved his performance.

Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania
They've made all the men simps and the women into dominant male-like roles who must protect them because the men don't understand or can't handle the situation. The 2nd scene of the movie Scott has to bail his daughter out of jail. As he tries his gentlest to caution her, she and Hope (Evangeline Lilly who's lost all her sex appeal and looks like a flat chested lesbian bottom now) immediately belittle his concerns as mansplaining. Scott's daughter is suddenly a genius inventor like Stark. But yeah, what Marvel movie couldn't benefit from woke feminist ideology?

Woke but also really boring
Lazy plot with awful jokes that don't land at all. Uneven tone.
The wokeness was in the useless male characters and some retarded speech about socialism from a character who's meant to be a genius...
Biggest crime was how unfunny and routine it felt.

Not too woke
Besides the "ants" being socialist and socialism only working in the movies, it wasn't that woke. Kathryn Newton is a rising star, ever since Paranormal Activity 4, popping in her co-leading roles in Freaky and Det. Pikachu. Evangeline Lilly is pretty anti-woke for Hollywood, so much so, her character shuts down Michael Douglass's character when he was starting to go off on a "charged" rant.
Overall movie rated 7.5/10, not bad for woke Disney/Marvel
Wokeness level: Mild, but watchable and not indoctrinated.

Very disappointing.
Loved the previous films. Wasp has clearly overstepped Ant-man in his own movies now though. Again, it's just frustrating to see main characters in ether own franchises replaced by 'minority groups' for the sake of it. It would have been much better to add some more newer characters so Scott could shine in his own movie with the help of others.
My son got a kids book about Ant-Man from the library a week after I saw this film. Th ebook involved a 'zombie invasion' of NYC while the Avengers were busy dealing with some other issues... It was a far superior story and concept than this film. :(
