A hidden gem this is not. A 1976 horror film that's average at best. The acting is not great although Brand gives an ok performance as
Judd the creepy hotel owner/killer. The story is nothing new, the kills are fairly generic with about what you would expect from
a 70's indie horror as far as blood and gore goes, passable but that's about it. The croc looks pathetically fake as do the outdoor
scenes of the hotel. It looks like a badly lit stage shot, nothing looks real. There is a very young Robert Englund here but he doesn't
get much to do really. This may be ok if you are really bored or looking for some background entertainment but don't expect much out of it. Nothing woke here.
