If you finish it, you're a masochist
The truth is, when I saw there was a War of the Worlds movie with Ice Cube in it, it definitely caught my attention (how innocent of me 🤦‍♂️), and it made me think that, despite all the shitty popcorn movies we’ve been getting, maybe some halfway decent popcorn flicks were still being made here and there. But when I started watching it, I was blown away by the terrible quality of what I was seeing. I didn’t even make it past the 30-minute mark. Either someone laundered money with that movie, or they made it right in the middle of the pandemic from home and everyone had their internet cut off. Because besides being insanely bad, it’s also woke. Yes, woke. But that’s not even the worst part. The worst part of all is that Amazon has the balls to promote it on their platform.
Do yourself a favor and watch something else. It’s not worth it.
