Marvel's Hit-Monkey

This is another one that would of worked better as an animated movie than an ongoing show. The entire premise is ridiculous and makes no sense even within the context of Marvel comics universe. A monkey that just suddenly magically turns into a ninja, firearms marksman top tier
hitman just from watching a hitman train for a short period of time. No training himself and no supernatural powers, it just happens. The hitman than dies and his ghost is for some reason attached to the monkey and is forced to follow him around to get revenge. Why can the two of them understand each other? No idea. Why does nobody seem to notice or think a monkey in a suit with glasses jumping around killing people is odd? No idea. The voice acting is good and the animation is fine, that's not an issue. The majority of the humor comes from the dead hitman who spends the entire movie fast talking one liners nonstop, the monkey just grunts and that's it. It's amusing at first but the gimmick becomes stale pretty quickly. There's an entire storyline where the old pathetic male detective and his DEI smart female partner try to tell the police force that there's a monkey killing everyone and nobody believes them.
This is about 4 episodes in when dozens if not hundreds of people would of seen him and he would be all over security cameras and social media posts by then. Then the monkey is wildly inconsistent. One minute he's bumbling around and easily captured and tortured, then suddenly turns invincible badass. It's bad writing and makes no sense and it gets worse and dumber as it goes. Then this is Disney's Marvel
so there's the usual heavy dose of virtue signaling and social justice commentary. There's also a heavy dose of the feminism, the usual girlbosses, females smarter and better than males. . Pretty sure I saw a man wearing a bra in the prison scene. I made it to 5 episodes when it got really dumb and some flamboyant seemingly gay characters started showing up.
