Not unbearably woke
Great characters, great character development, and despite a lull in the middle, a great story that, after its finish, encourages a viewer to go back and watch from the beginning to see the way the character progresses. No real wokeism, racism, politics, sexism or anything offensive or unrealistic in terms of the suspension of disbelief movies beg of you anyway. Very well done.

Pretty good but woke
Minorities present.
Gus is part of the LGBT community, super woke, almost ruined the entire show for me
So happy he ended up dying

I put that comment only to suppress the one claiming it's woke
Nothing woke here dude. Gus acted greatly, wasn't gay, was Mexican minority in a region where Mexicans are mainstream. Nothing woke at all, great story. I watch this when I don't have anything new to watch as everything is great about this show (except season 4)

Best TV series ever. And no wokeness at all.
A very worthy contender for the greatest TV show of all time! Great acting, great writing!
And no, you won't find any woke elements here.

Don't watch the last season and it is good
The last season ruins the show from the perfect ending with a tacked on season about white man bad, "remember the 6million goyim", and interracial couples which is antiwhite/woke.
If you don't watch the last season then it is a good show.

Not woke
Fantastic character study of 2 polar opposites and an unpredictable progression that never fails to entertain.
Not in the slightest "woke".
There is one major character where it is hinted might've been gay. But there are no gay scenes and nothing that should get anyone's panties in a wad. It's slight and subtle and it's purpose is to show a bond between those characters when revenge comes calling.
I have no problem with gayness or any of the other so called marks of wokeism except when its obviously excessive and over exaggerated and it takes you out of the story so that plot , creativity and entertainment are sacrificed for box checking.
None of that here.

Think for yourself
Not woke that I can recall
Someone pointed out that Gustavo Fring is gay but I don't see that as a woke element per se. The show doesn't promote LGBTQ especially. We never have to witness a gay moment. It's just part of the story because his boyfriend is killed and that's his motive for revenge.
This show is a masterpiece of storytelling.

Must see tv show
Bingeworthy. Brilliant. Masterful. Classic. Timeless. There is not a single thing to hate about this tv show. A story that pulls you in instantly and leaves you entertained the whole time and ultimately satisfied with its conclusion. Popular belief (because a ton of LGBT lunatics infiltrated the fan base) is that the character Gus Fring is gay. He is not. That is what the people you hate want you to think. Final season has a white-people-bad moment with neo Nazis as the villains. Unfortunately they couldn’t help themselves and had to remind us goyim of something that never happened
