Little Brother

An uncomfortably touching comedy.

A tightly wound realtor's picture-perfect life gets an extreme makeover when his lovably chaotic "little brother" suddenly reappears.

Such a shame, and not.

It’s totally woke.

Honestly, it’s not surprising at all. John Cena already sold his soul to the woke crowd from the moment he got pathetically drunk with that Bud Light in episode 2 of Peacemaker Season 2. That was pretty much the point where he shows that he joined the woke mafia.

Still, I gave the movie a chance and watched the whole thing.

I’m not gonna break down every detail, but it ticks every single box on "the message” checklist. The black brother character hits all the forced cliches that could’ve been funny if they weren’t so painfully obvious. Basically ripping off movies like What About Bob? (1991) or Twins, where a successful, put-together guy (Cena as a real estate agent) has his perfect life destroyed by a chaotic, clingy, no-filter dude. Except here, the straight white guy is portrayed as this insecure mess, which completely contradicts the successful life he’s supposedly built.

At times it felt like the script was written by AI instead of actual writers.

Totally disposable.
