FUCKIN COMMUNISM: yes it its a part of the movie and a big one considering that the last scenes are about a act of revolution against the rich of the working class.

LEFTIES RAGE
Another Glen Powell movie that tries to pose as progressive and liberal but ends up being more trash heavy on political propaganda and basically pushing the idea that communism is the best answer. This time they didn’t even bother to hide it. In the "Twisters" movie they at least tried to mask it with different angles and paid a ton of journalists to say “it’s not woke,” but here they shove it in your face not subtly, either, with a Che Guevara image as a nod to revolution or the anarchy ⩜ symbol. On top of that there’s constant moralizing from the people of color, who are the only “good” characters, while the villains are all white — except the protagonist, because he’s an “ally” married to a Black woman.
Yet another wasted opportunity; without all that extra stuff the movie could've been an okay popcorn movie, but the nonstop moralizing and trying to lecture the audience is annoying and pulls you right out of the film, slapping you in the face and making you realize there's still a long way to go before the lefties loses enough money to learn that "get woke go broke.

Holy Hell Running Man is in-your-face
Spoiler alert. I can't give The Running Man more than half a chance. I gave up on this movie. If I missed anything good, maybe the ultra-pro commie rhetoric that other reviews speak of, let me know.
Completely unknown Alyssa Benn plays Ben's wife. She's kind of a looker, but the couple is absolutely so mixed that it's kind of not even realistic. She even kind of speaks jive.
Jesus. The first half hour, we're bombed with the aforementioned mixed race couple, a rant on the rich ("those rich people are more full of shit than me" to paraphrase), yet another black-n-white lesbian couple and, naturally, the oppressive hand of those capitalist swine leaning heavily on the backs of those little people.
I was skeptical this film could be as terrible as this. Like, I'd go in and see it's got Glen Powell who I think is cool, maybe it has some action and all of this propaganda could be discounted for that. I always think like that and I'm always wrong. This film is absolutely nothing but a vehicle for the liberal message. These commies should have dropped leaflets from a helicopter. That's how transparent all of this is. I suspect most involved have more cash than myself, so campaigning on being a commie is disingenuous anyhow.

100% pure, unfiltered, democrat propaganda.
Everything that is "good" in the movie aligns with being woke and following all the liberal BS. Everything that is "bad" in the movie aligns with being a "right winger". Everything in the movie that is "poor" and "underdog" associated with the Dems. Everything in the movie that is "disgustingly rich" and "an asshole" aligns with "right wingers". The "strong male figure" who plays the lead is a bumbling idiot "just trying to do the moral thing" dispite his inability to control his emotional anger. (Representing the average male democrat in their eyes.)
There are references to:
"cops killing unarmed black men for looking at them the wrong way"; "killing someone because you disagree with them is justified"; "illegal imigrants"; "having a lot of kids is equal to hell"; the dumb country bumpkins are trying to kill the hero who just wants "everything that the left stands for" and to "help his family" <--(the latter of which leftists don't statistically have thereby installing a false image of the left); "if you don't agree with the message, you're a counter revolutionary who is worthless"; "all cops are crooked"; "Che Guevara"; "anarchy"; "you can be arrested just for having the truth in your house"; "mothers are the best friend to daughters, so who needs fathers?"; "turning a cross upside down"; "electrocuting and setting fire to cops is fine"; "capitalism is evil"; "all republicans worship the government"; "burn down the establishment"; The symbol for the "network" is a swasticka (ironic considering all the mainstream networks in the real world are owned by leftists); the hero is justified for saying "Stop filming me in public"
Alternatively, there are aspects of:
- big tech being evil
- the government being evil
- the housing situation in the U.S. being an absolute joke
- being anti-survailence state
- police needing better training
- the mainstream media being fake (even though it's ironic that a peice of complete democrat propaganda is promoting that being that the democrats own almost all mainstream media)
...which I mostly agree with. I'm not a republican or a democrat, but if you use your brain to think for yourself this movie wasn't made for you. This is not even in the spirit of the original Running Man. Remakes like this where they are replacing all of the media that they don't agree with, with media of the same name that fits their narrative so the younger generations are brainwashed in to believing what they want them to believe, should terrify you. This is a shallow attempt at rewriting history in from the eyes of insane democrats. It's not surprising it was filmed in the U.K. and Canada...
