Bob's Reviews
Woke-free, Hilarious, sexy, romantic, and meaningful
This is a great movie. It's damned hilarious, as Gene Wilder often was, and super sexy at times, deals with themes like cheating on a spouse, and yet still manages to have a good message that encourages good morals, in the end. Sort of.

Woke
Deliberately sets out to mock male heroic figures from other movies. Also makes him black for no reason, along with the hot girl. Of course, the bad guy is still white.

Super-woke
This is basically the woke opposite of Terminator (the original movie). It literally gender-swaps the roles, so that Sarah no longer needs saving, and Reese is a wimp who does. Even though he just came through time from a life-and-death war against machines to save her, the little girl starts saving him immediately, through her psychic powers of knowing where he is without searching etc.

Weird, but justifiably so
This is weird -- almost artsy-fartsy, which I'd normally associate with wokeness. Still, it's creative and unusual in the right sort of ways, and has no real downsides from what I recall.

Probably the only movie about the IRA that's accurate
So many movies about the IRA glorify these communist terrorists. This is one movie -- perhaps the only one -- that really conveys their cold cruelty and the terrible habit that Irish Republican culture has of going from childish frivolity and rejection of deep thought to hate-filled murder in the name of deep thoughts.
