The least of us
Women valiant, clever. Men bad or at best just a bit hopeless, unless of course they are gay. I have nothing against women or gay people, but this way of writing entertainment is just so unentertaining. You can work out how every scene is going to go just by looking at the people who are in it. The fact that so much time and effort has otherwise gone into this production just makes it all the more sad.

Masterful filmmaking
Beautiful, sometimes horrifying, melancholy but often extremely funny. This is great filmmaking. Not your fiddle Dee Dee potato Ireland, more like Ireland meets Midsommar. This was a joy to watch and contained no wokery that I could see. More like this please!

Apparently this is supposed to be funny
A guy gets uploaded into a virtual ‘heaven’ after he dies and then his life is completely at the mercy of his e girlfriend, a woman from ‘tech support’ and another woman who is investigating his death. The ex and the tech support lady both treat him like a plaything and he has to somehow work out how to keep them happy to prevent his life from turning into a living hell. Sly shows he has integrity
Even successful actors that don’t need the money seem happy to sell out, signing up for parts in woke bullshit movies / TV. Not Sly. This is a great series. Well developed characters. Some great one liners. And everyone gets respect (or not) based on who they are as a person not whether they belong to some special demographic. Well done Sly!

Brilliant
Great movie. Excellent script. Super performances. Lots of fun — which is an odd thing to say about a very gritty movie about Scottish heroin addicts. Doesn’t seem woke at all to me. Other reviewers suggested that it’s odd that the addicts aren’t black, to which I reply… Scotland.

Yawn
A very thinly disguised Elon Musk actually turns out to be stupid and petty and gets beaten by a plucky young women who blows his house up. Yawn! Poorly written, too long, and just plain dull.

The new thing
So this seems to be the new thing. Starts out fun with a decent amount of action and reasonably well-drawn characters. Then, by the time you get halfway through the series it is complete woke bullshit with all the male characters being helpless / clueless and all the female characters being super powerful and treating the male characters like servants / eyecandy.
