Creepy, but not woke
Ninja Turtles was better when Jim Henson kept them cute. There's a bit of ick involved in making them this ...turtle-y.
But is there woke? Nah, not really. Still enjoyable enough, although the characters are really creepy with this kind of animation.

The Pinnacle of China-Pandering
This film was so heavily China-funded that it practically floats in coronavirus.
A prehistoric mega-shark threatens a sea city. Jason Statham comes to save the day, with a heavy push by investors to introduce a random Chinese actress into Hollywood mainstream, but she's no Bond Girl.
Yay China, it tries to paint the country at the forefront of cutting-edge technology and forward thinking.
The push is so overt, it kinda ruins what would have otherwise been a decent story.
Is the China-pandering and emasculation woke? Just enough. It will have you rolling your eyes, but it's not in of itself a bad film.

The bestest
Though Ben Stiller went woke recently, this film was made back when he was still having fun. Born into Hollywood elite, there are few filmmakers which use their opportunity as well as he did. He shows off all his behind-the-scenes knowledge to flesh out a world of modelling that - despite being outlandish - is more than often right on the nose.
No woke here. No politics, no racism, no feminazis. Have a good laugh.

Had to add the girl
In case you didn't know, there was no little girl in the original story. It was just a bunch of nerds vs a cannibal space alien. But now we need to add that element of the downtrodden vagina for the modern audience, or else we ladies won't know how to sympathise. Oh, whatever shall we do without an extra pair of tits on screen.
BUT.... besides that, it doesn't suck all that much. The portrayal of Pennywise was unique and terrifying. Also the use of modern technology made it a watchable flick that didn't feel like it was regurgitating too much of the old.
So though there is that woke re-writing of the story, it's negligible, and the film overall is pretty cool. Minimal woke.

Better than it looks
The story takes a while to get into, since the characters aren't all that sympathetic. There is a lot of unnecessary sex, but if you're into that, well, it will float your boat.
There is a traditional machismo about the story, as the male characters are at least based on real life criminals.
But there is woke, too.
One unhappy element is that the eldest daughter is LGBT Lesbo. And for no reason. It doesn't factor into the story at all. It feels just like visibility for the gay agenda.
Also, there is a heavy push of pedophilia. The younger sibling - a child - going full Lolita on an old guy, and him feeling her up and whatnot. It's kind of gross.
So yeah, there is a strong wokeness to it when it comes to sexuality.
That said, though it's a slow burn, the baddies do get their comeuppance. There are enough selfish, jealous, socialist rants against successful people by the criminal protagonist that you really do hate him by the end of the series, and it's nice to see him get caught.
Is it a must-see? Not really. But it's okay to keep on while doing house chores.

Kinda awesome
This isn't the kind of film that will rock your world, but like a creeping mist it will fascinate you, draw you in, and in the end feed you with a decent enough twist that you'll be nodding in approval. There's a bit of cringe in the unnecessary inclusion of Edgar Allen Poe as a central character, but you get over it, and the story portrays a sympathetic kid that you learn to tolerate, if not actually like.
There is no woke here. No politics, no feminazis, no racism, no LGBTPedo stuff.

Will go down in history
Joker was made as an answer to woke. A badass masterpiece of storytelling and filmmaking, again and again it pokes fun at the elitist machine, the enabling leftist sludge of the mental health industry, and socialist media in general.
It is an anthem of the red-pilled.

This was pretty good
The film was iconic and fun at the time, but this was before the disgusting douche-ificaiton of Ellen Page. Now it's hard to see the film comfortably. When actors destroy a film in retrospect by making asses of themselves, shouldn't the producers be able to sue or something?
Besides Ellen's rot, the film in itself was pretty awesome. It gave you a new world to consider, played with some wonderful filming techniques and storytelling.
The film, despite the inclusion of the douchy-bitch, is in fact woke free.

Before Tim Burton went woke
Way back in the day, Tim Burton had no identity politics in his stuff, just a unique, creepy method of filmmaking that we kids loved. He always used pasty faces, eerie Victorian Themes, grey, muted colors, and everyone was named Victor.
It was during this awesome beginning that Burton made Corpse Bride, Nightmare Before Christmas and the like. This was also one of those non-political films. These days it's all "Dark Shadows," "Big Eyes," and "Miss Peregrine," proving Disney has shredded his talent and replaced it with some semblance of a soul-less caricature of a caricature of a memory of what Burton could have been.

It took me a long time before I relented and saw this film, and I'm glad I did. It was much fun as the hype promised. There's no woke in here, plenty of corn, but not too much over-the-top slapstick. Casting was great, character development was great, and the story was pretty neat.
No politics, no woke, no LGBTPedo, no racism, none of that bananas.

Meh
I mean, how good do you expect the film to be? There is just the expected amount of feminazism and identity politics to irk a filmgoer, and not a shred of reality to it. But did you really expect anything more?
I guess it was interesting how they were able to pull a film out of a board game. For that alone it's kind of worth the watch. If you're drunk enough.
But it's not a film that will change your life.
And yeah, kinda woke.

Forgettable, but not woke
An enigma in the work of Scorcese, this is a children's film that shows magic, adventure, and typical kid-oriented fun. The values are traditional, and there is no political grandstanding or identity politics of any kind.
Kind of took me back to the days of Neverending Story.
Safe for kids, no woke.
