1984 slasher horror movie with nothing woke. It's nothing original story wise, the usual group of kids staying in a house inhabited by a crazed killer. The one thing holding this back from being a little above average is the absolutely terrible acting. There are some inventive kills and a ton of blood and gore but the acting is just so bad it's really hard to sit through it.

Too woke to finish

Made it less than 20 minutes, and had more woke then I could take.

30 minutes was enough for me. Mediocre to bad acting and very little story. In those 30 minutes virtually nothing happened. In a movie that's only 93 minutes long that's is some very slow pacing. Everything screams low budget amateur hour, from sets, to the camera angles. The director even gave himself a part in the movie if that tells you anything. The psychic's acting in particular is bad. She's an annoying smug irritating person. As for woke, this is small town America with too much DEI overrepresentation. The sheriff is a white male who seems to be a lazy alcoholic, his desk officer is an obese black female, and he hires another officer who is a black male. All the white male's I saw in the first 30 minutes are bad. The aforementioned alcoholic sheriff, the white trash loser and the white male pedophile woman beater. I think we can see where this was going. Best to pass on this one.

Another average slasher from the 80's. Pretty generic and nothing really new. The acting and writing is average, the kills are basic with little blood and gore. It will pass the time as background noise but that's about it. Nothing woke.

A gore classic.

One of the best classics in the gore fantasy genre, with a uniquely diabolical theme. It inspired tons of movies and sequels -unfortunately, not all of them are good.

This is where it all started. This is where the Lemarchand Box was born, also known as the Lament Configuration, and sometimes casually called the Black Box or the Cube.

An excellent classic to revisit if you’re into the genre.

Very accurate telling of an interesting, true story.

I love football, and sports movies. I appreciate good acting and accuracy in biographical movies. This one is all that.

Zach and Anna played their parts to perfection. Direction and production are top tier.

As unlikely as it may seem, they didn't embellish or white-wash this story. Anna seemed kind of butch, but I remember seeing Brenda Warner in interviews. If anything, Anna didn't reach far enough into the she-Marine persona. The only inaccuracy, if you want to call it that, was Kurt's time in the European NFL Farm League during his first year with the Rams. They skipped that part and took him directly from the Arena Football League to his winning season with the Rams. If this was a mini-series instead of a 90 minute movie, they might have covered that part.

Since this is the true story of the Rams 1999, Super Bowl winning season, there's no spoiler in saying that the victory at the end was dramatic. The way they morphed into the real footage of Kurt's Super Bowl win followed by his celebration with his team and trophy was great cinema.

While I did watch the first one I really don't remember it too much. On one hand the animation is pretty good and the voice acting is well done. The humor gets a little too goofy and corny some times but there are some actual good laughs and there's no denying it's just a decent somewhat fun movie. However there's not getting around how incredibly woke it is. There is an insane amount of minority overrepresentation in all the background human characters. White
is a huge minority in this movie. While I didn't see any rainbow mafia anywhere there is a huge feminist push here as well. The original group is back with male wolf who is mostly a bumbling fool, male shark who panics at everything and gets overemotional, male piranha who is always angry and raging out, male snake who finds a girlfriend that betrays him and his friends and he spends the rest of the movie simping after her and telling her how amazing she is at everything and female tarantula who is amazing and has no faults. There is also the female foxy who is the governor and an amazing fighter and literally kicks wolfs ass. We
have the giant steroided out female angry police commissioner. Then there's the new group of thieves who are all amazing. The female bird who tricks snake into capturing his friends, giant steroided out female wild boar and steroided out bulging female kitty. It's so distracting and over the top with the agenda even if it doesn't actually push it in the story. If you can get past all the woke nonsense there is a slightly above average movie here.

A fun, popcorn movie

for the whole family!

The FX are decent in some moments, but in others they’re so bad they completely break immersion.

Other than that, it’s really entertaining.

Good for a chill, easy watch.

Enjoy it!

Fun popcorn movie.

(No spoilers.)

Well, it's a fun goofy movie that has some unique vibes to it. (Actually, it's clear that the new Ghostbusters films actually ripped some stuff off from this movie.) It's not gonna blow you away but if you're looking for a fun movie that at least feels different than the standard Hollywood crap, this one will work for ya. Aside from way to much "girl power" crap, it's got nothing woke in it.

One of the best sitcoms. No agenda other than presumptions.

The chemistry between actors is some of the best ever on TV. There is some raunch and innuendo. There's sexual overtones in pretty much every episode. As far as wokeness goes, I have watched every episode and can't think of any time that an agenda was being promoted. If I'm wrong about that, leave a comment.

The women are generally bossy and strong willed while the men are mostly spineless wimps. Sheldon's mother professes Christianity but is portrayed as a shallow-minded simpleton. She's only in a few episodes. Penny's ex-boyfriend shows up a couple of times. He's stereo-typically stupid. There's some wokeness, but for me, it's at a tolerable level.

Worth watching. Not a must-see.

It's entertaining. I'm a fan of real (non-CGI) stunt driving. There's a little, but it's overshadowed by the split-second scenes. There are some Ken Block style maneuvers. I wish they would've shown full sequences without bouncing between cameras every 10th of a second. Jeremy Fry was the stunt driver for most of it. His work is great.
The story is pretty good. The acting is top notch. The bad guys are excellent. You love to hate them.
