Yep there is woke in that there movie
What’s woke.
Out of the 3 high school aged characters.
1. Mixed relationship.
2. One lesbian.
3. Under age simi-sex scene with self (lesbian)
What’s not woke.
1. No gay or lesbian make out scene. (Excluding what is mentioned above)
2. Main girl stated she wasn’t having sex.
3. Main family was actually white.
4. No anti right wing politics pushed. (Less the social politics)
5. No mention of government good/free market evil.
6. No anti Christian comments.
7. No noticeable men in dresses.
Now onto to film. The main character and her family parts were played well, and the acting was good. Outside of those characters, the acting was sub par to just bad. The film was fine, and worth a watch if you are into these kind of movies. There is woke garbage in it, but most movies are worse than this one these days.

White man bad, black man good.
White man bad, black man good. BB King making comments about Elvis preference over Little Richard if he sang a song. Comments about Elvis not being arrested for his behavior, but if the black man walked across the street he would be arrested. They left out the left was pro segregation when showing the scene concerning it. On the film itself… Questionable accuracy. Even the lewd acts were overdone.

A simple fun movie.
This movie isn’t a classic, nor is it a thespian masterpiece, but it’s a good old-fashioned film designed to entertain rather than lecture its audience on the politics of the day.
In addition to its simple but enjoyable story, it’s a home run for a good trip to the theatres because it features a male lead who is portrayed as the hero; a space ship pilot from an ancient space faring civilization crash lands on earth 65 million years ago and he must struggle to survive its harsh environment.
SPOILERS AHEAD:
He’s a capable and tough - though tormented - man who has to struggle to survive as he also does his best to save the only other person who survived the ship’s crash landing, a little girl.
The film highlights the value of old fashioned male stoicism as it shows the protagonist overcome his inner tribulations as he is inspired to fight on despite his feelings of personal loss, all to save an otherwise helpless little girl whose life is in his hands; putting away his own inner torment is made possible by the innocent affections and vulnerability of his defacto ward, the little girl who effectively takes the place of his deceased daughter.
The pair struggle on through a hostile environment filled with dinosaurs to reach an escape craft before time runs out. The asteroid that killed the dinosaurs is inbound, and they have to race against the clock to avoid annihilation.

A nice movie that serves to rebuke elements of our ageist throwaway culture.
Yes, there are mild elements of wokeness to this film. Mostly what you’d expect of a cast of characters set in New York, in a female-run tech startup.
But, despite those relatively subtle woke notes, this film is an endearing story which (maybe unintentionally) serves to demonstrate the value of traditional masculinity in the form of Robert De Niro’s character, who is a retired old-school businessman whose steady demeanour and wisdom bolster Anne Hathaway’s character as he guides and surreptitiously mentors her into becoming a more fulfilled and quietly confident version of herself. In addition to the lead man being cast as a quiet, competent, and steady figure, this film also shows the value of age and wisdom, in a culture which far too often spurns the old and glorifies the young.

No Woke, Classic 80's Entertainment.
Just good entertainment. Great 80's classic though the end gets a little corny.

No Woke, Just Terrible
No redeeming qualities whatsoever. Bad acting, bad writing, bad cinematography. Whoever chose the music score for this should never work in film again.

Mostly fashionable billionaire bashing
This is mostly fashionable billionaire bashing plus the apparently compulsory super-powerful female characters who win out over ineffectual men. Otherwise it’s well-acted, well-written, with some good comic set pieces.

Younger audiences will enjoy
There was no LTBTQ agenda. No leftist hating on religion or calling God a “myth”. No slamming of right wing political supporters. So why a 2 in wokeness? Over representation of mixed couples. Something not common in reality, but in this film 100% of all middle school couples were mixed. That includes the ones that asked other students out for the dance that was not a part of the main story. It is similar to Hollywood trying to show a disproportional amount of gay or trans people to influence the audience into what they should do instead of us making our own choices without influence.
With that said, this didn’t bother me that much as I don’t have an issue with mixed couples, but just the Hollywood presentation of it to the masses. The acting was fine, and the story on the cheese side, but enjoyable and think the younger crowd will really enjoy it. There was also only one curse word that I noticed, and a reference to waiting until marriage for the kiss. So a clean movie which can be hard to find.

Bearable
Great except for the woke crap. While the premise of an action hero stuck in an old dude's physique is cool and the action scenes are very well done, it gets a little annoying partway through. There is plenty of checkbox casting of black dudes in Russian gangster society and other woke-ass crap, and of course if there are any bosses on the American side they have to be black too. It's not the race stuff that's annoying so much as it's unrealistic and obviously shoehorned in there to make left-asshole-licking Amazon sponsor happy.
Other annoying elements include 20-year-old supergenius feminist spy hackers who of course "has friends in the Pentagon."
There's also another "poor illegal immigrants" storyline shoved in there. Although the action is happy to attack a group of random drunks just for getting on a bus, he inexplicably won't defend his family from getting beat up during a home invasion. He's perfectly fine to let his son get punched and kicked, why? because poor brown people are doing it. He finds them and takes back his stuff from their home, but since the criminals have a baby, he doesn't even give them a scolding. Very unsympathetic. But hey, illegal immigrants yay, right?
The director doesn't speak English that well, either, since there is a number of scenes which are not only inexplicably in English, but in bad English, and need to be fast-forwarded to get through.
But watch it during the action scenes, ignore the rest, and you might just be able to get through it.

No points for historical accuracy
Why even make a period film if you need to "woke" it out? In an interview, the director O’Connor said that his film is “not a documentary," but also that he tried to stick as much as he could to the facts he found. Then why was this -actually REAL plot - lead by a CIA agent who is the very epitome of a modern, bossy, ball-busting feminazi who looks young enough to be his daughter? That one character was fabricated out of thin air simply for the sake of woke-washing what might have otherwise been a reasonably enjoyable movie. So yeah. While there isn't any weird racism, no leftist political lectures, and no LGBTPedos, there is an unbearably unwatchable core element to the characters that throws all potential historical realism under the bus.

Not bad
Decent film with no wokeness. If you like monster movies and bugs don’t gross you out, then you will like this film. Good acting, decent story, and woke free.
