Family Friendly

No wokeness as far as I could see. The story is about two boys that become friends. The one boy does run away from his family but they have a heart to heart in the end.

I was so happy to not see any woke tones in this movie. There was no gay couple, no white people bad, and no stray away from family. This movie is about the importance of family and keeping the family together.

Classic!

This film is simply a classic.. made in a time before wokeness even existed.

Quite frankly, this is a movie that everyone should be required to watch.. Mostly so they'll get my jokes when I quote the movie.

Ok Movie - has a gay scene

The movie itself was a bit disjointed in some places, but overall it was an enjoyable watch.

I could have done without the gay dad kissing scene, so this movie gets a 1/5 wokeness rating from me. I don't think they needed to inject that into the plot, they could have just as easily made that part about a traditional family, but they just had to inject some wokeness. It wasn't enough to ruin the movie for me, but it was definitely a moment where I audibly said out loud "Come on, man!" in my best Joe Biden voice.

I do appreciate knowing the origin of celestials and how they are born, it was a fun part of the Marvel lore. I had a hard time sensing that the characters were really connected to one another; the relationships felt a little forced.

I really enjoyed this movie of a rat that can cook a delicious meal.

I was really nervous to watch this moving knowing the cast. However, I can certifiably say that there is no wokeness in this movie. Think “A Christmas Story” for a child of the 80s. Complete with the political non-correctness of the era.

We won’t talk about…

Overall: Not the strongest story from the Disney folks but a film you can watch with your family without the fear of leftist or woke propaganda sprouting from nowhere. A film about family (and I mean a traditional multi-generational family, without “progressive” ideals polluting the family worldview.)

Strong soundtrack which will provide you with memorable songs for at least 3 months since your kids will play it on repeat that long.

Woke Elements of Scream are more about the message the movie sends is essentially that passionate fans who have seen how franchises they love molested by Hollywood, are psychotic and capable of being violent because they are tired of having their love for franchises ruined. They are pushing back against those who are pushing them because of the war they started against fandoms when we dared speak out against them to begin with.

They had the tools to make this movie great, but they settled with extreme mediocrity. The wokeness is thinly veiled, but extremely easy to point out.

Best Christmas movie ever.

Tries to be critical of manliness.

Ends up being a cult classic about manliness.
