Different But Still Not Bad
No woke. Interesting take on the franchise. Better FX than the third one and the humor still mostly works. Some of the acting is not great. The story doesn't make much sense and breaks some of the previously established lore but it's still a decent watch for fans of the franchise.

Decent Third Attempt
No woke. About on par with the second one though in my opinion the better of the two from story and character standpoint. The humor is still pretty good and the acting is good by most but there are a couple of not so good actors but they have limited screen time. The CG however is pretty poor and doesn't hold up well.

Somehow charming
Cheap creature feature with a lot more appeal than it should.
It has Australia outback land sharks, Kevin Bacon, Fred Ward (Remo Williams!).
One could argue the Gummer spouses were meant as caricatures of Right-wing survivalist, but they come off as so terminally bad-arse that they return (Burt at least) in each and every (not so necessary) sequel.

Alpha
"The Serpent Queen" brings to life the historical character Catherine de Medici, aka The Serpent Queen, aka Alpha of "The Walking Dead" after it went woke. The episodes feature sex, pedophilia, sadism, and gore, amidst Machiavellian politics. After some tribulations, the Serpent Queen rises to dominance, surrounded mostly by beta males.
The French are surprisingly dark-skinned in reality, but "The Serpent Queen" takes it a step farther, with many blacks, Indians, and other ethnicities who would not likely be frequenting the royal court of 1550's France. Season 2 doubles down on the DEI hires to the point of insulting the viewers. I take a dim view of rewriting history for racial propaganda purposes, so my verdict is 5/5 woke. There is plenty of history to choose from black or Indian societies, so hands off Renaissance era France!

Pretty Good Follow UP
No woke. Good enough direct to video follow up. Some of the fx aren't as good but the acting is still decent and the humor mostly works.

The One That Started It All
No woke. Great 90's monster movie with some comedy. The humor is actually funny. The acting is good. No CG just some good practical
gore fx. Must watch for creature feature enthusiast.

Still the greatest movie of all time
Best movie of all time looking forward to the next one they make. Don’t know how people up there rate it 3 and 4 out of 5 it’s a 5/5 all day and everyday there’s not a day that goes by that I don’t think of that movie it’s what I think of when I meditate on our Lord.
