Not even toke DIE casting

Average Christmas Comedy

No woke. Not bad but a little better than the first one. The acting is ok but it's kind of a standard christmas comedy cliche story. Maybe
it wasn't when it was released but it is today. The acting is decent and the story as I said is old news. As an ernest movie it's ok
but it doesn't feel as much like an Ernest movie as it does a Christmas feel good comedy with Ernest inserted into it. It's ok but
I'm not sure it's a Christmas classic.

I didn't notice any woke. While the story has it's cliches it's generally well done. Good acting and writing. The humor is actually funny.
You find anything original or groundbreaking but for what it is is very well done.

Like a Bad Remake of Twins

Another mixed race couple. Brolins character is a complete sniveling beta. Black family has an adopted white son. White family are
criminals while the black family are good upstanding citizens, except of course for the loser white adopted son. Evil white prison guard.
Racist bad white judge. It's like someone tried to remake Twins but instead turned it into this disaster. There are some great actors in this
that are completely wasted. At no time are Brolin and Dinklage believable as brothers. There is no chemistry between them whatsoever. Fraser is an over the top silly comedic caricature. Rarely is any of the humor actually funny and the script in one big cliché.

Really good

Characters are shown as multi faceted and complex.
Dialogue is insanely good.

A little Woke with The Usual Terrible Script

For woke there is the now common white female black male 'good' characters helped by the good competant black female 911 operator to
track down the evil white male abductor while getting no help from the incompetent white male police sgt. The acting is bad the story and writing are the now common unrealistic, unbelievable nonsense that is everywhere in movies and tv now. Does anybody actually read
these scripts before they get greenlit? Nothing that happens here is in the least bit plausable and the idea behind the story is actually not
a bad one if it's just written and directed by anyone with half a brain and some common sense.

There's really not much to say except lol. How can a movie that's supposed to defend feminism do so much harm to it in the end !?

Now I remember Dead Sea. Let's JetSki to Cuba!

I'd almost forgot about Dead Sea. Yeah, the dad is a worthless drunk and the daughter is strong willed and empowered. There's a mixed race couple in there too, just to keep up with The Joneses. Dead Sea isn't totally off the rails in a DEI way, I'd say the annoying kids are a huge part in making this film kind of crappy, from what I remember.

I sat down to watch Herd assuming that it was a mom and her estranged daughter trying to make amends. It was, like, 15 minutes into the film I realized they were a lezzie couple in a troubled marriage. An I a troglodyte for assuming it was an all American, natural family where mom and daughter went away for a weekend? Needless to say, Herd got the boot. Does everyone and everything out of Hollywoke have to be about lesbians, gays and trans? This horseshit is out of control.

Woke consists of DEI casting resulting in 2 mixed race couples. The single father is a drunk loser while the daughter seems to be the responsible one. The acting is bad, the dialogue is terrible the music is out of place for the scenes. The story is the standard lost at sea cliché. Just an example of how lazy the film makers are, this takes place in the FL Keys but all the background scenes have mountains clearly visible everywhere.
