Just watched this one again. A real gem, especially if you've ever worked in a corporate environment. So many meme's originating from this film.

Better than I thought, but I thought pretty bad.
I was able to watch it fully, and laughed alot, but really ended up not liking it very much. The first one was much much better.

Wonderful film, outside the control of Hollywood process
They didn't "pay" the Hollywood mob, so those mainstream gangs are trying their best to destroy and/or ignore this quality film.
At this time 11/15/2023 this film has an 8% "woke" rating and labeled as "mild woke". How is this? ALL of the reviews at this time have it with "0" wokeness??? I keep clicking to turn off the check mark in the "Contains woke elements", but it keeps coming back on? It must default to on. So keep an eye out for this glitch. I just unchecked it again after editing this review.

Not very woke, just very bad.
Don't know if it was the directing, script, CGI, or whatever, but this was a hard one to watch. Seeing the Flash running backwards, saving fake looking babies...yuck.

Nice old film. No woke.
This was before wokeness was a problem. Warning, the trailers had Peter Gabriel songs in them. There is no P Gabriel in the film.

More Netflix Woke Garbage
Yet another feminist action movie from netflix. First scene sets the tone-female being interrogated by incompetent aggressive white agent and calm collected black agent. Female try's to warn them of impending attack but they are too stupid. Then all white male agents are immediately killed while stupidly running directly into line of fire. Black male agent then runs blindly in front of a wide open window while under fire like a moron but he lives because his blackness protects him. He is of course good and becomes the love interest. FBI boss is of course a woman. The acting is awful all around. Lopez can't pull off a badass action star in the least. The action scenes are all fast half second cuts edited together to try to hide how bad they are. Lopez doesn't seem to have bothered to try to train for this and looks stiff and awkward in every action scene. All her actions scenes she has long hair left hanging down to hide the fact it's obviously not her doing any of them. Even a motorcycle chase scene she stops to put a helmet with full dark visor on so the stunt double can hide. Only extreme fast cut close ups are ever used in the action shots. Absolutely terrible waste of time.

Most Woke Disney Film of All Time
The lead woman, Elsa, is a completely independent woman - independent of her past and her family - whose sister saves her in the end. The male characters are weak, and one of them, out of the blue - and out of character - turns evil.

Brutal & bleak at times, yet high-quality, engrossing series
The world presented in this series is a strangely fascinating and sometimes unsettling mix of hopeful perseverance, disorientation, brutality, and unearthliness. What held it all together, and kept it credible, in my opinion, was the exceptional writing and acting.
(I don't remember any wokeness in it.)

Starts out good then becomes unbearably woke, apparently...

Predictably trying to score woke points.
There is enough left of Elmore Leonard's legendary storytelling that it's entertaining, but it's obviously woke.
The main character Raylan has always been in relationships with attractive, trim white women. In the book that this series is based on, his current love interest is a blonde white woman.
Predictably, she was recast as a chubby black woman with an afro.
Plenty of other little annoying woke comments exist in the show as well, but it's mostly tolerable. Certainly a huge letdown from the near-perfect original show.
