I gather that Alan Moore the perennial Marxist liar wasn't particularly happy with this film... Nowhere nearly as left-wing as he would have wanted it to be...

Neil Gaiman, Alan Moore, Stephen King... All of these guys were beaten up at school so they decided to start hating people, especially males who took a big part in all of these beatings...

I don't even need to Google this nonsense to know that 90% of it is made up... About as biographical as Star Wars...

Several feminist touches, though nothing drastic, and certainly nothing that the average zombie would notice... If this is supposed to take place in the Victorian era, then treat it that way, don't turn clergymen into tycoons and stop making girls behave like "independent" slags who have zero respect for anything...
