Not so fast...

This is a left-wing film, just not as obvious...

Hilarious... For years I'd been bombarded with hate on my IMDb account for complaining about leftist propaganda and nepotism, both of which this movie represents 100%... But now everybody's coming round, about 15 years later... It took them that long to realize that these two problems are real...

Clowns...

The comic's author is a known communist, and the female character is girl boss, Valerian is just a dumb white guy...

The most obvious Marxist film in many years, and yet the reviewers here and elsewhere seem to think that it can be interpreted both ways. It can't.

It was written by a Marxist, Alan Moore, for the express purpose of portraying fascism as the biggest threat to the modern world, while lauding everything about socialism. You can't just pretend that this movie can be anti-Biden and anti-Obama, just because you feel like it, or far more likely just because you can't admit to yourself that you were duped the first time around...

All those that were duped the first time around should admit that they were wrong about fascism being the biggest threat to the west, that they succumbed to cheesy leftist propaganda.

Just admit it...

Literally everyone involved is a Marxist. Ask them whether this film is about the threat from America's deranged Left... They would crucify you...

Very ugly nepo baby wants lots of sex... Fortunately for her a deranged director gives her opportunity to "shine"...
