Awesome show
Great show, very non pc.. wish they still made shows like this. Tommy comes out with some great stuff and doesn't give a fuck about the 'hr department' you could say.
Sadly at one point in the show, maybe season 5 or so he becomes a big pussy and the show got shit, I think I stopped watching it around then. But well worth watching the other seasons, I don't remember there being any woke bullshit.

Average Omen Ripoff
I didn't notice any woke. Basically an Omen ripoff. Good acting and gore fx, though the gore is barely there until the final 20 mins. This is another modern horror that relies way to much on cheap jump scares and loud noises, there's no real scares to be found. At only 90 mins it is so slow and boring it feels twice as long as it is. Of course the church and religion is bad again.

Cannibal Trolls and Lesbians Live Together in Harmony
How in the absolute hell can we inject lesbians into a movie about evil Cannibal Trolls? Why would you do that? I got about 20 minutes into the preachy, "Ok, Boomer" speeches about how they too can have kids and, "it was just a kiss" and I'm out of here. Did the movie get better? I'll never know.

Hey! I forgot about this one.
I'm going to add a review here just because other reviewers have reminded me that there's some kind of lesbian daughter as the main character and her grandpa won't accept that. And then, I think, "why can't she be dating a terribly ugly man or a dude who stinks because he works on a fishing boat"? A creative movie as such couldn't get their shit together and come up with a better story? I'll give it a 4/5 for wokeness only because I can't remember most of the film. Lucky, I guess.

Strange and Good
Honestly its been a while since I watched this so I dont have a lot of details. I just remember that I enjoyed how bizarre this movie was. I am SUPER woke sensitive so if I liked it it wasn't too bad.

Better Than Anything From Disney
I didn't notice anything woke. Good animation and actually pretty funny. The voice acting was well done and it was more entertaining than I expected. Actual good themes and message with no ideology, unlike anything from Disney now. You should definitely check this one out.

On Par With Afterlife
Dei Hires. Girl Bosses. Definite lesbian undertones from Phoebe and the female ghost. About the same as Afterlife. Silly, stupid and unnecessary. The CG is good and the acting is decent by most except for the Phoebe character who is just a complete blank the entire movie, no emotional range whatsoever. The writing has holes everywhere and is not very good. The villain is barely there and the design and look is totally out of place to the rest of the ghostbusters films and just seems odd. Paul Rudds character is a bumbling moron the whole movie and is just painful to watch. It's not the worst thing and I made it through the entire movie but the original are still the miles above anything modern.

Just a token black Lt. and token black detective partner. Roles are minimal and supporting. Enjoyable watch that you won't see coming.

A subjective review from the viewpoint of a christian...
I like Sci-fi. I like time-travel stories that make you think. That's why I watched this one day when I was bored. I didn't realize it was a religious movie until I was immersed in the story. The basic premise is that removing Christ from moral teaching will cause a kind of social drift away from Biblical teaching. When a Bible professor gets a chance to visit 21st century America from over 100 years in the past, he encounters the outcome of such concepts. When people are left without a moral anchor, they drift away in the currents of rationalization. The slow changes in social morality over a century can be shocking if experienced all at once. This is definitely a B movie. The acting and directing are not bad. It's just obvious that it wasn't made with the level of production we've become accustomed to. I would recommend this to anyone, Christian or not, who is interested in American sociology.
