Great family fun.

The last great, non-woke, Addams Family installment, before Wednesday 2022 cranked the woke factor up to 11, with its LGBT liberal propaganda, and race baiting, and much more dumb woke elements than I can mention in one review.

Serviceable, if not great, Jurassic film, mildly woke

Obviously, the diverse DEI Mexican family being portrayed as the "heroic family" was annoying and heavy handed, as this is most likely virtue signaling in retaliation for Trump securing the border. Otherwise, there are some mild, more subtle commie-sympathetic elements, with the shady biotechnology firm risking lives for the sake of the plot. 6/10, Not bad, not great, serviceable, but also underwhelming for a Jurassic film.

Intermediate movie, no story, girl power

The movie is empty. Nothing relevant happens, many plot inconsistencies. The males are all irrelevant (with the color scale that will put a bit of interest on colored males). The rest is women whining with nothing really at stake. You won't understand why the villain is a villain. I won't watch the 3rd movie, even though that one was a build-up to end on a cliffhanger at the end (poorly designed BTW).

Good scenario, woke clichés, many inconsistencies

The scenario is entertaining. I won't discuss about ethnicities, because, for once, it's consistent to have diversity in random people chosen "at birth" on the world, so that's totally fine to have diversity in the team. HOWEVER, immortals are born about every few centuries, so please, tell me the odd that two immortals are born in less than a decade interval and that they are both openly gay?? Of course the Judas of the story is the only white male of the group (and of course the villain is that as well). The rest is just 2 girls and their gay best friends.

The Woke West

An inaccurate, anti-American history of the American West. Woke propaganda masquerading as a documentary.

This isn't really woke but there is 1 scene where a nun reveals she's a lesbian. It's unnecessary and forced and just feels like a virtue signal.
This turned out to be fun movie with no woke other than the one scene. The acting is good and writing is generally well done. The scene with the
inspector could of been handled better. That's not at all how the process works and is completely unrealistic and dramatized. That's probably my biggest writing complaint. You will probably get more out of this if you have Italian background, or friends or at least more familiar with the people and culture. It's PG so generally a clean movie with some mild innuendo but that's it. I found it be a fun enjoyable movie.

DEI overrepresentation, the usual strong feminist characters to weaker, secondary males. I gave up at about an hour in so there may be more woke later on. This is more of the same bland cliché soulless drivel coming out of Hollywood now. The idea behind it isn't bad but the execution is horrible. I would of never guessed this was directed by Guy Ritchie. The action scenes are somehow boring, the VFX are all over the place with some painfully obvious greenscreen. The dialog is terrible and the usual lazy bad writing in everything now. Being an international criminal wanted by Interpol apparently doesn't stop you
from using your real name everywhere you go. Bringing up a ship that's been sunk in the ocean saltwater for over 100 years and you can just pull open metal hatches and doorways with ease. The jokes and humor is nonstop and most of it isn't funny, its annoying, silly and cheesy. The pacing is off and there is no flow to anything, it all just happens. Then there is Portman's acting, what happened? She is terrible here, her acting is so stiff and wooden, with bad line delivery and minimal facial expressions.

How does something this awful gross almost 1 billion dollars. I only lasted about 40 minutes so the woke may get worse but all I saw was the
obese body positive DEI female who has no problem with athletics. There seems like they were also starting in with the female smart and capable men stupid nonsense but I'm not sure. The FX are actually decent but the acting writing and story are terrible. I'm not sure who this is actually for other than maybe kids it's all so stupid and dumb. Characters just magically know how to do things without being told within the new environment. What year is this supposed to be anyway. Everything looks like it's the 70's, clothes, cars, homes and furniture, but Garrett was the champion in 1989 and that was well in the past. Then there are references to the internet and social media as well as smart phones. It's just really lazy bad writing.

It's decent

You probably won't watch it more than once but it's better than anything the MCU has released in a while. The girl boss thing is there but it's tamed down.

It's not bad

It's the typical 120lbs woman is hard as nails but that's the movie. It's not real but she's not invincible. They actually say she will always be at a disadvantage against men so she should do anything she needs to win. Overall it's worth the watch.
