NOT the 90's
Checks all the diversity boxes, black, asian, gay, feminist. Stupid straight males. Bad acting, unfunny jokes and bad dialog. How about getting some writers who actually experienced the 90's because anyone who grew up or lived in the 90's can tell you this isn't it. Feels like a bunch of young modern writers who think throwing in some random pop culture references and posters they looked up on Wikipedia will cut it.

Blatant Scream Rip-off
So nothing really woke here. This is just a blatant scream rip-off but terrible. Every horror cliché imaginable. Killer with superhuman strength and the stealth ability of a ninja that seems to able to warp and breath under water. Unlikable characters with average at best acting. Setting this during covid is just stupid and gimmicky and the motive for the killers is the dumbest thing I've ever seen. The only thing that could of saved this nonsense is if the big unmasking reveal at the end was Fauci being the real killer.

Modern Feminism in the 60's
Typical modern day feminism completely inaccurate to the 1960's. Men and Women didn't talk or act like this in the 60's. This movie isn't really even about the boston strangler, it's about fighting the evil patriarchy and oppression. The acting and cinematography are all well done but it's just such a boring and bland movie more interested in pushing the narrative than being entertaining or accurate.
