A little woke, but not as bad as you may think
I personally liked this movie. Woke was present but not rampant here, and Jonathan Majors absolutely CRUSHED his role. Give it a shot, you'd actually like it a lot.
The only woke elements that I've found here were-
Ant Man's daughter building the plot device that transports them into the quantum realm because we need more women in stem
In the ending scene, Ant Man is walking past a shop with a pride flag in the window. Never mentioned or explained, blink and you miss it.
Kang is race-swapped; as I said before in my review of The Batman, usually race-swapping is bad. Not with Majors! I loved his performance.

Just when I thought good movies were a thing of the past...
Just when I thought good movies were a thing of the past, Jackie Chan throws this surprise at us. I was expecting the typical Chan slapstick-comedy combat scenes but, instead was treated to great acting and much more realistic fights. At age 63, Jackie proves himself to still be the no-stunt-double-required actor we've always admired. This movie, unlike previous Chan work, is hard-hitting drama involving greed, corruption and vengeance. Perhaps more justice than vengeance. Jackie's character, Quon, doesn't go into action until exhausting all hope of police help. They say that meekness isn't a lack of violent nature but a control over it.

They still make good movies, just not as often.
I almost didn't watch this for one reason: I haven't seen a Ben Affleck movie that I liked since Good Will Hunting. He played the part of The Accountant perfectly. The character has a lot of depth supported by flashbacks to a childhood involving a father who chose to deal with his son's handicap in a way that he thought was right but it wouldn't go over well, especially in woke society. The supporting acting is the result of some of the best casting I've ever seen. Ben's character gets a little too over-the-top John-Wick-style but not enough to detract from the great story being told.

My favorite movie
If I were asked what my favorite movie is, the answer would probably be Ronin. Maybe, the answer would be The Godfather. it depends on my mood, I suppose. There's no unrealistic, super-spy (007) going on. The car chase and shootout scenes are realistic. Jean Reno is one of those bad guys you gotta love. DeNiro may be a woke, Hollywood elite in real life but, in my opinion, a great thespian and this was his best performance.

Weird, but justifiably so
This is weird -- almost artsy-fartsy, which I'd normally associate with wokeness. Still, it's creative and unusual in the right sort of ways, and has no real downsides from what I recall.

Probably the only movie about the IRA that's accurate
So many movies about the IRA glorify these communist terrorists. This is one movie -- perhaps the only one -- that really conveys their cold cruelty and the terrible habit that Irish Republican culture has of going from childish frivolity and rejection of deep thought to hate-filled murder in the name of deep thoughts.

More woke, more profiteering
The sequels didn't need to be made. Episode 4 was a self-contained archetypal hero story, that contained all the necessary elements. The others are all just cashing in, and twist the original traditional hero message in the retelling. Like all of holywood, with each new episode, religion, dedication, wisdom, experience, and other virtues take more of a back seat, women do more of the fighting and other male roles, and the men become more campy and silly. At least Luke does mature into a Jedi, over time, through training.

Pretty woke
This is a movie about a devout traditional community, and someone ignoring all the rules of that community and betraying the principles that she was raised with for the modern idea of "free love". Set that aside though, and it's a good movie, certainly not woke by TODAY's standards.

Mostly a great, non-woke movie
The central woke theme is that a bitchy career woman still gets to have everything she wants in life. However, most of the rest of the movie is chastising her for this and more about valuing traditions and getting away from that life. It's also just a great story, with at least one great actor.

Amazing prescient movie
This is not woke. It's set in a woke future, in which people are super-soft, and have wimpy jobs like greeting card writer, but this is similar to the futuristic world in Demolition Man. However, it doesn't render judgement on that or promote it, and it could be seen as commentary on where woke society is going and where it is now, or just how these people's lives happen to be. That's not the point of the movie.
What's great about about this movie is how accurate the futuristic sci-fi is. This might well be how AGI enters our lives -- and how it leaves our lives. Very likely you'll see something like this in your lifetime.
