Underrated film
Unexpectedly enjoyed this one. I admit is was a little silly and the oil scene was over the top, but it was an enjoyable film with a good enough story, and best of all. Didn’t notice any wokeness.

Old school film
Really enjoyed this one. McGregor’s part was a little too over the top, but JG was very good. A lot of profanity, but watched it through Vid Angle, so was able to avoid most of it.

Generic, Boring, Bland With Bad Casting
Checks most of the DEI boxes though there are white males cast the females are of course the focus. The female POC Interpol agent with the useless male underlings is pretty obvious as well. The movie itself is terrible. Bad boring generic story and writing. The acting is mediocre at best. The action scenes are as bland as possible. Kevin Hart is badly miscast in the role and just can't pull it off at all. There as so much better heist movies out there.

Second season ruined it.
First season was pretty funny with nothing to overtly woke but the second season goes straight to black victimhood and white people rascist. Also all the humor goes right out the window with it. Pass on this one.

Woke DEI Gen Z Nonsense
Checks every DEI box. Gay and lesbian characters. Mostly non white characters. All of the straight white males are betas or bad. The usual Hollywood version of 'strong feminist characters'. Acting is some good, some bad. The writing is terrible and mostly makes no sense. It's the typical gen z garbage. Go watch the originals instead. Even the 3rd one
is better than this.

The usual British TV bollocks
This is nicely produced and acted but apparently having the protagonist be an Asian man wasn’t diverse enough so that character has been split into a group of five people two women, a black guy, and two white guys. The women are constantly besting every guy in the show and we are constantly reminded of how brilliant they are. The white guys are cast as hopeless losers (sorry Samwell Tarley but true) who are lucky to be in the company of their better friends. Thank you British television.

White Privilege
My wife and I are watching season 1 of "Fire Country" and up to episode 13 titled "You Know Your Dragon Best" there were not any woke references but in this episode a few of the main character are on the side of the environmental protesters against the evil white real estate developer, they also mention climate change. This wasn't really enough to make us think the show was woke but it was rather annoying! Last night however we watched episode 18 "Off the Rails" and this episode took things to whole new level when a black firefighter (Jordan Calloway) was accused of arson (and later cleared) the firefighter's mother (Karen LeBlanc) tells the white female fire chief (Diane Farr) that her son doesn't have the same Privilege that she and her white son (Max Thieriot) has and just the accusation is enough to ruin his life (unlike a white person) and the white fire chief (Diane Farr) apologizes to the black mother (Karen LeBlanc).

We need a cringe-meter in addition to the wokeness-meter.
All I can say is, "just don't watch Drugstore June". If you'd like to go in looking for a liberal agenda's, DEI hires or whatnot, go ahead. Just know that, I guess unless you're under the age of 25, this film is terrible. I think it has YouTube celebrities? Anyhow, as a consenting adult, I find June's antics cringy, hard-to-watch, internet-y and just plain stupid. The millennial or zoomer equivalent of morning radio fart jokes. Go watch Matt Dillon in Drugstore Cowboy. That's a cool film.

Too creepy for the DEI crowd. They may cry.
I didn't pay much attention to any agenda Stopmotion may have and, at first, I kind of discounted this movie as a throwaway indie type of movie. The plot is kind of thin and gets a bit artsy and vague at the end, but the animations and acting are done well and creepy.
I read a few spoilers about the film and changed my mind. Not that the giant, pink elephant in the plot needed a spoiler. I'm not an idiot. Just needed clarification on a few details. So, it's a good film. Some body horror. Cronenberg would appreciate it. Check it out.

Changed my mind. Not full of gay miners.
Amber Midthunder runs around calling white people racist and trying to get her land back. That's about as preachy as it gets. She is a Native American actress, so good for her. Actually, I watched this before and thought that I turned it off because there were a bunch of gay miners trapped, but I think that was a different movie. There's so many movies with that going on, I sometimes forget.
It's a fun, wintery cold movie. CGI extreme, but what can we do about that? I recommend it. It's good.

So woke I walked out halfway and refunded my ticket
It's smashing all the gender stereotypes! The strong independent gun of an FBI agent random black woman one. Who has a drinking problem and the same personality as a bloke from an 80s cop movie.
She has to briefly check in with her FBI partner while being the workaholic that she is. When he answers the phone of course he's nursing a baby because this movie is smashing down those gender stereotypes!!
The current beekeeper is brought in to try to reign in an out of control Jason Statham. Of course, she's another black woman? that looks like she is on break from a school drag show.
I walked out and refunded my ticket. This was one of the wokest movies I've ever had the displeasure of experiencing.
Do not see this movie. Even for Statham.
