Another Amateur No Budget Zombie Movie

I noticed nothing woke. While the story is average and nothing new it could of been a decent zombie movie. However the acting, dialog and
writing is awful. The zombie FX are weak, the actors clearly don't know anything about firearms. There is terrible looking excessive muzzzle
flash added to every gunshot. Characters are constantly chambering rounds right before firing the gun meaning they are walking around with
unloaded weapons all the time. The fight choreography is bad. Somehow vehicles are operating and running perfectly fine 10 years into the apocalypse even though gas and batteries would never be good for that long. Lead actress is supposed to be in her teens but is clearly not.

Slightly Below Average Creature Horror

No really too woke but there is the beta weak father and the nasty agressive female character. The acting is average except for the asian
guy who is awful. This is a candidate for possible A.I. written script. It's not so much bad as just so cliche and average. This has every
creature feature cliché you can think of. There are no scares and although a decent amount of blood and gore it somehow still seems tame. The real weakness is the unlikable characters, every single one of them. This also features the extremely annoying and stupid Hollywood
'nailgun works like an actual gun' b.s. If you really like creature movies this is somewhat watchable.

Woke Propaganda.

Where to start with how bad this piece of trash is. So we are to believe that Texas and California would form a military alliance. You have to be
joking. We have 4 journalists at the center of this 2 female, 1 black male and 1 Brazilian male. Of course they are the heroes, no white males.
The acting is really not very good. We start off with a protest in NYC that shows 'patriots' fighting with police and use a suicide bomber
waving the American flag. Really. No antifa or blm terrorists anywhere to be seen. All journalists and MSM are shown to be courageous, brave,
virtuous, noble and unbiased. You know the actual opposite of reality. The president is in his third term, uses airstrikes against Americans,
has abolished the FBI and hates journalists. This is clearly and not subtle at all meant to be Trump according to the leftist propaganda.
All bad people are white males who are also shown to be racist. In fact as far as I can remember almost all military soldiers and combatants are white males and are bad. Peaceful refugee camp appears to be mostly female and non white. They drive through a town in the middle of all this that appears to be completely untouched by any fighting and totally fine populated by white people. I can only remember there being one lone female combatant in the entire movie. She is black at the end of the movie and is only there so a POC can shoot the president. There is a lot of bad writing and stupidity throughout. The journalists constantly do stupid things. There appears to be no shortage of food, water, gas or basic supplies anywhere even though its a warzone and nobody can get through. There is a soldier in combat with a bright red Hawaiian shirt on and another one with bright red glasses. Way to stand out and be a target. We are never told either why there is a civil war. What started it? What is the goal of the WF? Who is leading them? The entire alliance is only 2 states out of the entire country and the rest of the states just sit there? It's not even much of a war as far as I can tell. Mostly just a few people in the middle of nowhere having gunfights and skirmishes.
This is pure leftist propaganda at it's worst and wouldn't be surprised if it was funded by the DNC dirty money.

Cliche and Unoriginal

DEI heavy casting, multiple mixed race couples or love interests, multiple gay and lesbian characters. Very cliché teen sex comedy nothing original
to it at all. There are multiple scenes ripped straight out of other movies. The acting is average to bad. The jokes are all stale and telegraphed. The weird creepy teacher is not funny at all just very
disturbing. The adults in particular make no sense, nobody acts like these people do. While there may be a few humorous moments it just isn't
enough to make this one worth it.

Much Better Than The Last One

Some DEI casting choices. Gender swapped Dr Paine who is a male villain in the comics and of course this one has to be good instead. I thought this was much better than the second one. There is still too much silly humor and the dance sequence was one of the most eye rolling cringe things I've seen in a while and served no purpose. The FX are all great and the writing was pretty good. They completely wasted Knull though and we will probably never get to see where this would of went. Still worth a watch in my opinion.

The last of the theatrical released Ernest movies. By this time you should know what to expect from these movies and you wont be disappointed. If you like the previous ones this is more of the same. Acting and humor are on par with the previous films and this is a decent entry in the series. The humor while still stupid silly fun mostly works in a light hearted turn your brain off kind of way. Some of the jokes and setups (the runaway canon sequence in particular) go on for way to long and just become really silly and unfunny. I think it's a little better than the previous one but not by much

The acting is a real mixed bag here. Some is ok but there is some really poor acting by some the characters. The Ernest scenes are amusing but there is way to much focus on the kid actors and it makes the whole movie come off as very childish. The story is very silly but some of the gags and humor work when Ernest is involved. A step in the wrong direction from the previous 2 movies.

Better Than Expected

Mostly female cast with the few males either bad or morons. Marie Curry getting credit for discovering radiation when that's not true. There are multiple credits including hers and other men, NOT her alone. That being said this sequel to the original was much better than I expected. Most of the cast returns and the acting and writing is good and in the spirit of the original. The story makes sense as a sequel and the FX stay true to the original instead of going the full bad CG route. I would say
if you like the original and can get past the woke you will enjoy this as well.

Excellent Throwback Thriller/Horror Movie

Some minor DEI casting. Starts out as a standard serial killer police chase and ends up as something much more. The acting and writing are excellent. The cinematography is also incredible and the entire movie just has a creepy feel to it. It's a great throwback to 70's and 80's thrillers. They don't make movies like this anymore.

Woke But Not a Terrible PG Horror

Mixed race couple with black female lead. The white male husband has very little screen time and the white boy next door who is a complete
loser as well. They both could of been taken out of the script entirely and it would of made no difference. In fact around the halfway point
they do just that and both disappear as if they never existed. It's all about the females. The black stepmom with 2 daughters, the lady next door and the female therapist. Also it's said that her father lost his sight and mind after looking into the creatures eyes for a few seconds
because he wasn't strong enough yet the mom stares into them for an extended period of time and ends up just fine. That being said the acting isn't too bad except maybe the elderly neighbor. The fx are ok though nothing special. The story starts off as a standard haunted/possesed object cliché though it does evolve into something else by the end. There are some creepy moments and it is watchable for a PG-13 horror. There is little to no blood or gore but as these go it's not the worst.
